Our Process

1. Contact Us

2. Estimate / Quote

​

We are a faily small business, and therefore your quote will be provided to you by the owner of Tier One Painters! I will come by to discuss your project and any individual needs you may have before providing you with a full, detailed quote outlining all work that has been discussed. I'll be more than happy to break down and separate the quote into options, allowing for greater flexibility in your choice.

If you’re happy with the quote, we can book you in and schedule the work right away. We collect a 20% deposit to cover initial material costs and as a confirmation of your reservation. We schedule based on a, first come first serve basis.

3. Production

​

Once you’ve signed your contract and paid your deposit, the next step involves scheduling and finalizing colours. We will work with you to accommodate a timeline that works for everyone and discuss options to help you finalize colours.

 

You will get reminder emails as we get closer to your start date. We ask all our clients to have everything finalized two weeks before the scheduled start date to ensure it all runs smoothly.

4. Job Completion and Payment

​

Once the cleanup is finished, the project leader will perform a final inspection with you. We normally do a pretty great job of completing projects thouroughly, but if you feel there are any areas that could have been done better, they can be addressed at this stage. Once you are completely satisfied with the work, we will have you signing off on the agreement and collecting payment.

​

Our signed agreement acts as your receipt and warranty.
We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers.
