In response, I started Tier One Painters and began pursuing a part-time Finance Diploma at BCIT. My team and I are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and top-notch paint jobs to each of our clients. With my extensive management experience, education, and our team's incredible skills, we're confident that we can provide you with a fantastic experience and stunning results. About Matthew Royle
Hello, I'm Matthew Royle, the owner of Tier One Painters. Growing up in Vancouver and attending high school at Lord Byng has given me a deep appreciation for the beauty of the West Coast. Outside of managing Tier One, I love to stay active and make the most of all the region has to offer. In my free time, you'll likely find me mountain biking, skiing, or kite surfing.
My passion for entrepreneurship has driven me to run a successful painting business since 2017. Initially, I ran a franchise for a well-known company, and during my tenure, my franchise earned multiple awards for customer satisfaction, quality work, and dedication. While the franchise I was a part of had a strong track record of developing young entrepreneurs into leaders, it unfortunately closed in 2019.
